Eligibility
The Affiliate Program (referred as "Program") is open to individuals and businesses interested in referring clients to KRATOS DIGITAL, vl. Kristijan Škrlin (referred as "Company", "We", "Us" or "Our").
Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.
By participating in Our Program, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to make the final decision on all matters related to the Program.
Commission Structure
Affiliates will receive a commission of 10% of the total project value for each successful referral resulting in a new paying client.
Commissions will be paid within 30 days after the referred client has made their initial payment.
Referral Process
Referrals must be made by having the referred client mention the affiliate's name and affiliation when reaching out to Us.
Referrals without proper identification may not be eligible for commission.
Commission Payment
Payments will be made via Bank Transfer or PayPal to the affiliate's provided payment details. Affiliates can request other payment methods, prior to referring the client, by contacting Us via contact details at the end of this page. If affiliates request other payment methods without contacting Us beforehand they may not be eligible for commission.
Tracking and Reporting
As We operate on a trust-based system, there will be no formal tracking links or dashboard. We will manually track and verify referrals based on the information provided by the referred clients.
Valid Referrals
A referral is considered valid when the referred client successfully engages Us for services and makes the initial payment.
Termination of Agreement
We reserve the right to terminate the affiliate agreement at any time if we suspect fraudulent activity, misrepresentation or violation of these terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change Our Program at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and the updated date at the top of the page will be revised accordingly.
Confidentiality
Affiliates agree to keep any confidential information received during the referral process and not disclose it to third parties.
